@wombatstew1 So true!!! I havent had any rifle hunts lately… I’m pineing fo rone for sure, but we/ve been running the dogs. Only hunts I can get on. They hunt and kill no matter what, but they leave the hogs to rot. Doing a service for the farmers, you know. So lately I’ve been running along, I havent stuck one, but I make damn sure they stick them right! We took 2 last night, my son Caleb stuck em, right in the heart. Only took a sec for them to go. Proir hunt, lungs. Took a LONG time.

Truth is, a head shot is the ONLY humane kill there is. This piggy felt absolutely nothing. Don’t let the spinal reflex kicking fool you; that was the tonic-clonic seizure of brain death.
Conversely, a lung shot results in the animal suffering tremendous pain and terror while it bleeds internally, eventually drowning on its own blood. (And before some dipshit says the animal feels nothing, I’ve been shot. IT HURTS!!!!!)

WTF is ‘craul’? It’s not craul, nor is it cruel… how do you think food gets to your table?

@jade1234939 You mean cruel… Everyone has their own opinion. Thats yours and you are welcome to it. I like to hunt and I take them so they dont know it. Thats not cruel.. its humane… Thanks again.

@jonclary78 Those are people who are trying to make a $, simple as that. I’ve harvested a over a hundred hogs and can say I never paid a penny! I never will either. These are pests and I wont pay to kill a pest!

If hogs present such a huge problem, why does it cost so much for a hunter to shoot one? All these farmers and land owners complain about all the damage the hogs cause but at the same time want 400 to 500 dollars a pig to kill. Sounds like their doing just fine to me.
