@dwarfchic13, Yeah man. I don’t hunt as much, I am sure, as you you do. But I do hunt and I enjoy it. I track, wait, track. Shoot with a 30-06… usually pretty far away (nothing insane) but far enough to be considered challenging. It upsets me as well when people do this crap man. I HEAR YOU 110%!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve grown up in a hunting family, and all we do is bow hunt. It disgusts me to see what people nowadays call “hunting”. “It’s like they turned a petting zoo into Auschwitz” Lewis Black sums it up perfectly.

THe best rant on ‘modern’ hunting! I had an uncle who used a bow and arrow, and not the high powered/ long distance type. My dad made spears with rocks (seriously, he was poor, and determined).. Seems a little fairer. I have an old pal whose husband goes to a ‘place’ where they raise baby birds and open their cage..bam. and he is proud of that. Drives a Toyota ‘monster’ truck. evolutionarily compatible..mutually. (and she raised a bully, and protects the kid)
