@rcjunky53654 It’s a good thing you’re getting a scope, because with iron sights, it’s not very accurate for me. Get lots of practice with it and you’ll be dropping those coyotes.

Not bad nice I am 12 and my dad bought a sks a couple years back for home defense but my step mom moved it and I finally found it. It has never been shot and I want a scope for it so I can hunt coyotes and I am getting a thirty round clip how far can it effectivly shoot

So have you had a chance to shoot with the red dot scope yet? How well does it hold zero for you?

@Dragunov1185 nah dude. too bad you see an attempt at some kind of perspective as a troll. was just sayin’ that if you’re getting bad results then you should re-evaluate what you’re doing. even scopes or optics require strong fundamentals. but since you’ve stated that is not the case. then maybe there is something mechanically wrong with the rifle. and you should have it checked. maybe the sights are canted, crown on the barrel might be screwed up, etc. and either way that sight looks ifffy.

i’m not sure if you’re implying that a parallax free sight doesn’t hold a zero or not. but they do. and that accuracy matters too. and it can still be lost if it’s mounted to a loose cover. also helps accuracy if you don’t try to hold a 75$ fleet farm special reflex sight to a real high standard. you should also work on fundamentals of shooting if you can’t hit a target at one hundred yards with open sights, then something is wrong and optics will only help you so much. learn to shoot first.

I got it for about 250$, (actually didn’t pay for it, got it for my birthday) But apparently it’s a deal… If you’re thinking about getting one, consider putting some money into it, because you willl need lots of ammo and accessories for it, like i have. XD
