@bestpricenutrition… i respect your knowledge and i believe you are most correct. this type of marketing hype will get the industry regulated. VPX is all about making money. only good thing they had is the peptopro and (now recently taken away) methyl-synephrine.

@LiquidClen (cont’d) Even if they used this method it would not lead to 18g of protein on the label. Also VPX does not even post the supplement label on their own site (at least from what we can see as the link to the supplement facts does not work in multiple browsers). Bottom line is this is a mislabeled product.

@LiquidClen that is from the most recent lot, which we received (last week). We are familiar with the Kjeldahl method as we mentioned there may be a loophole in labeling that allows for it, we chose not to go in depth on the method for times sake. The Kjeldahl method does not give an actual protein content measurement rather as it measures nonprotein nitrogen as well as the nitrogen in proteins. In other words all nitrogen in foods is not in the form of protein.

@BestPriceNutrition Just as an FYI that is an older label. The newest label breaks everything down more appropriately. V3 wasn’t a mislabel. If you are familiar with the Kjeldahl method of measuring protein, it picks up Amino Acids as protein content…..

@dinelle420 first off we have tried a previous version, not that it matters. Personal experience is not a criteria we apply to supplements (except in the case of stims). If that criteria works for you by all means there are plenty of other reviews of people that will tell you how they “feel” about things, we will stick to science and research. Also do you have anything specific you take issue with in the review, we are happy to address it. Anyways thank you for watching.
