@rugersix Yes, they do Some westerners (Americans and maybe Brits too) look down on them. Yet, most comments posted by actual owners on various forums praise the Baikals. Heck, I’ve seen comments and a tally with most owners bashing a $3,500 Beretta shotgun. While not known for their wood finishing, the Baikals are made in the former main plant that built AK47s and the Russian metallurgists are known for building firearms that don’t break. Prices are very inexpensive.

Are you familiar with the Russian built Baikal line of shotguns? If so, what are your thoughts about them? The break-action SxS 12g MP210 intrigues me.

@rugersix Yeah, I understand since my reach is medium I guess. When I buy a pump my intent is to go for a Mossy 500. My first long gun shotgun will probably be the Stoeger Coach Gun Supreme.

I have used the Stoeger p350 T, the Turkey model for 4 years now with no problems! Even with the 3 1/2 inch magnum loads you wont feel a thing when you are shooting at a turkey because of the adrenalin. I like the fact that it is lightweight! It is a Great Turkey gun! It came with the 5 chokes and both the standard and pistol grip stocks (interchangeable) the gun is so versitile I even use it for Dove hunting! Only cost 350 bucks and came mossy oak break up cammo! Cant say enough about this gun!

i bought this gun a year ago, not only is it tough as **** to pump, but the pump actually cracked in two from just pumping it, it was still under warranty but it took for ever for the new pump to come in…

i do not like this gun and would not suggest purchasing it.

look at franchi, by benelli great quality guns low recoil and nice finishes very classy. ***** sporting goods had a few over-under style franchis for about $850 a Benelli will frun 2x that easily.

@bigphreaking Interesting! They must be cutting cost that’s all I can think of…I got the whole nine yards with mine!

@rugersix Mine is a 2009 model. Only has 2 chokes that came with it. Know anything about that?

My 350 is a great gun. Some vicious recoil with heavy loads. Leaves major bruises on my shoulder. No mechanical problems so far.

i messed around with the gun earlier and seems to be running alot smoother than it was. no more jams. i took the trigger mechanism out and sprayed it with wd-40 then i re-oiled it and the carrier latch as well. but thinking of moving up to an auto loading shotgun. havent made up my mind on which brand yet. leaning towards the benelli line

@fadingabel7 yeah i think it was something with the bolt, but i decided just to get something really good and the nova is awesome its never jamed on me at all or malfunctioned in anyway, i put that thing trough bad wheather conditons and works great and it handles recoil pretty good too but the p-350 is a pretty good gun too ive had it jam a few times while shooting at a certain angle and the stock didnt seem to sturdy but its not a bad gun either
